Virginia Remodeling Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a remodeling design and material sourcing company. We provide remodeling design consultations, space planning, material selections, product recommendations, and assistance with sourcing cabinetry, countertops, and related products.
Virginia Remodeling Group is not a general contractor, construction company, or licensed construction firm, and we do not perform construction, demolition, installation, electrical, plumbing, or other contracting services.
Independent Contractors
From time to time, we may introduce clients to independent third-party contractors, installers, tradespeople, or service providers. These individuals and businesses are separate entities and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Virginia Remodeling Group.
Clients remain responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving any contractor or installer recommended or introduced by Virginia Remodeling Group;
- Verifying the licensing, insurance, qualifications, references, and suitability of any third-party contractor or installer;
- Entering into separate agreements directly with the selected contractor or installer, including pricing, scope of work, timelines, and payment terms;
- Monitoring construction progress, approving completed work, and addressing any issues directly with the contractor or installer.
Virginia Remodeling Group does not control, direct, supervise, or guarantee the work performed by any third-party contractor or installer.
No Construction Services or Construction License
Virginia Remodeling Group does not hold itself out as a construction company and does not perform services requiring a contractor's license. Any construction-related work associated with a client's project must be performed by appropriately licensed and insured third-party professionals engaged directly by the client.
Product Information and Material Selections
We assist clients with selecting and sourcing cabinetry, countertops, and other remodeling materials from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, colors, finishes, and lead times are subject to change without notice and are determined by the manufacturer or supplier.
Manufacturer Warranties
Virginia Remodeling Group does not manufacture, install, warrant, or guarantee any cabinets, countertops, or other products sold or recommended through our services.
Any warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding products are provided solely by the respective manufacturer, supplier, or installer, if applicable.
Virginia Remodeling Group expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;

- Installation quality;

- Cost overruns;

Our role is limited to providing design services, recommendations, and material sourcing assistance.
