Kitchen remodeling in Northern Virginia
A kitchen designed around how you cook
Layouts, islands, cabinetry and storage planned by a designer, shown to you in photoreal 3D, then built by our own crew.
Designed first
See your new kitchen before we build it
Your designer measures the room, listens to how you cook and entertain, and plans the layout, storage and lighting around it. Then you walk through a scaled, photoreal 3D render and change cabinets, counters or tile before anything is ordered.
The same team that designs your kitchen builds it, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the job site.
- Layouts, islands and pantry storage

Cost drivers
What moves the price of a kitchen
Most budget surprises come from what's behind the walls, not the finishes. We price all of it up front.
-
30–40%
Cabinetry
Usually the biggest line. Stock is most affordable; semi-custom and custom add sizing, materials and storage.
-
$65–$185+
Countertops, per sq. ft.
Quartz is the most popular. Granite, quartzite, porcelain and marble cost more.
-
$5K–$30K+
Appliances
Built-in refrigerators, pro ranges, steam ovens and wine fridges raise the total.
-
$5K–$25K+
Layout changes
Moving walls, plumbing, gas or wiring for an open plan or bigger island.
-
$4K–$15K+
Flooring & backsplash
Porcelain, hardwood, LVP, stone and patterned tile all install differently.
-
$2.5K–$10K+
Lighting & electrical
Recessed, pendant and under-cabinet lights, dedicated circuits, and panel upgrades older homes often need.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Northern Virginia?
Most of our kitchens fall between $40K and $150K. Essential remodels run $30K–$60K, designer kitchens $65K–$100K, and luxury custom kitchens $110K and up. Your proposal lists scope and price before any work starts.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A full kitchen typically takes 4–8 weeks of construction. Design, ordering and permits come first, and your proposal includes an estimated schedule.
Stock, semi-custom or custom cabinets?
Stock is the most affordable in standard sizes. Semi-custom adds sizing, finish and storage options. Custom is built for your room. We prefer plywood boxes over particleboard for strength and moisture resistance.
Will I see the design before you build?
Yes. Your designer creates scaled, photoreal 3D renders, so you can change cabinets, counters, tile or layout before anything is ordered.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We handle permit applications, inspections, material ordering and trade scheduling. Many older Northern Virginia homes also need electrical, plumbing or ventilation updates, which we include in the plan.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. We’re licensed and insured, and our work carries a 2-year warranty.
